Construction Project Manager

Role Overview

The Construction Project Manager coordinates projects from production release through to successful onsite installation, ensuring all relevant standards, client requirements, resource requirements, and schedules are effectively met and achieved.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate projects from completion of prefabrication through to completion of installation
• Develop understanding of forthcoming projects, associated contracts and relevant clients
• Engage with clients in advance of installations to understand requirements to operate on site and confirm logistical arrangements
• Confirm installation programmes with clients and actively monitor throughout installations
• Flag potential delays in advance and resolve them proactively
• Ensure transport, site access and installations are planned and executed efficiently
• Coordinate preparation of installation teams, including training and resource allocation
• Monitor progress and ensure installations are completed on time and to specification
• Conduct customer satisfaction reviews and document client feedback

Job Requirements (including qualifications & experience)

• Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field (desirable)
• Proven experience in project management, preferably within construction, manufacturing, or prefabrication environments
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent organisational and coordination abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
