Just in Time Delivery

When delivering our offsite rebar products we provide Just in Time deliveries to ensure no double lifting of rebar onsite, to ensure no requirement for an onsite storage zone for rebar and to ensure a streamlined process from start to finish. One lift from trailer to final installation per element.

Key Plans and Sequence Animation Videos

Our streamlined installation process is planned long before any rebars are cut. Our BIM team can prepare animation videos of the modular rebar being placed in sequence. This is expecially useful when detailing complex and bespoke elements and gives the client, our BIM team and our installation team time to plan the installation and highlight any issues regarding safety and onsite clashes before the detailing is approved and before any rebars are cut – reducing mistakes and possible waste. Once approved, a key plan is generated for our installation team so a smooth and sequential installation can take place

Dedicated Installation Team

We provide a dedicated installation team to install our offsite rebar solutions who have vast experience from projects in Ireland, the U.K. and Norway. Safety is the No. 1 priority. Midland Steel ensures the installation team are up to date on all training requirements and meets standards required in the different sectors we work in
